Rather than a Predict and Provide approach\, this webinar showcases a “Decide and Provide” approach to transportation planning that is vision-led\, access-focused\, and uncertainty-savvy. While still drawing upon trip generation data associated with previous land-use developments\, this vision-led approach also considers the influence of development design and the need to accommodate uncertainty in judging what transport provision is suitable for supporting access to employment\, goods\, services and opportunities for the communities concerned.
