I’ve been with the city for over 16 years\, and I genuinely believe Ogden is a special community\, not just because of where we are\, but because of the amazing people who work here. \nI started in HR processing payroll and collaborating with the Finance division to ensure that over 1\,000 employees were paid accurately and on time. Over the years\, I’ve had the chance to be involved in many projects — from setting up onboarding software and coordinating new hire processes to teaching about interview best practices and the importance of employee evaluations. One area I especially care about is mental wellness in the workplace\, and I try to keep that in mind in everything we do in HR. \nOur team works closely with all city departments\, including Fire\, Police\, Public Services\, Community & Economic Development\, and more\, to improve the employee experience. Whether you are brand new to your position or have been doing your current job for a while\, I want this HR training to be a helpful resource for you. I’m here to support your growth\, answer your questions\, and help you succeed in your role.
