It was developed by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) in cooperation with the National Safety Council (NSC). I’ve been with the city for over 16 years\, and I genuinely believe Ogden is a special community\, not just because of where we are\, but because of the amazing people who work here. \nI started in HR processing payroll and collaborating with the Finance division to ensure that over 1\,000 employees were paid accurately and on time.
