NAPA: Part 02 – Producing to the JMF: Calibration, Metering & QC

Moves the plant from ‘running’ to ‘producing to spec’ – the calibrate-meter-log-adjust discipline and the QC dialogue that catches problems before out-of-spec mix reaches the road. Attendees will be able to: – Explain why cold-feed calibration must be done at production rates, not nominal – Control binder metering, dust-to-binder ratio, and RAP fraction – Turn plant sampling and sensor data into QC triggers – Strengthen the plant-lab-field dialogue so issues get fixed at the plant, not on the mat.
